By placing an order, you confirm that you:

Every Maison Moushy piece is designed with careful attention to detail.

Please note:

Product colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.
Measurements are approximate.
Due to the nature of fabric, printing, embroidery, and handcrafted details, slight variations between pieces may occur and are considered part of the individuality of the garment rather than defects.

Many Maison Moushy collections are produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated.

Maison Moushy reserves the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance of that order.

Maison Moushy reserves the right to:

Decline or cancel any order.
Cancel orders containing pricing or product errors.
Refuse orders suspected of fraud or unauthorised resale.
Limit quantities purchased per customer.

If your order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

6. Payment

Maison Moushy currently accepts:

Cash on Delivery (where available)
InstaPay bank transfers

Orders paid via InstaPay will only be processed after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Maison Moushy does not accept debit or credit card payments at this time.

7. Delivery

Maison Moushy currently delivers within Cairo, Egypt.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on courier schedules or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Maison Moushy is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, traffic, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Refused Deliveries

If a Cash on Delivery order is refused without a valid reason or delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, Maison Moushy reserves the right to:

Cancel the order.
Decline future Cash on Delivery orders.
Require future orders to be prepaid via InstaPay.

9. Exchanges

Maison Moushy does not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

We offer exchanges only, subject to the following conditions:

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
All original tags must remain attached.
Items must be returned in their original packaging where applicable.
Proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If your requested size or item is unavailable, a store credit may be issued at Maison Moushy's discretion.

For hygiene reasons, certain products may not be eligible for exchange where applicable.

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Styling accessories or props shown in photographs may not be included unless expressly stated in the product description.
