How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 1–7 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with your delivery details.

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (where available) and InstaPay.

Are your pieces handmade?

Yes. Every Maison Moushy piece is handmade from start to finish. From our original custom-designed prints to hand embroidery and carefully applied finishing details, every garment is created through a hands-on process.

Why is every Maison Moushy piece unique?

Every Maison Moushy garment is individually handmade, meaning no two pieces are ever exactly alike. Slight variations in embroidery, stitching, print placement, and finishing are a natural part of the process and reflect the individuality of each piece.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Many of our pieces are produced in limited quantities, and restocks cannot always be guaranteed. We recommend purchasing your favourite pieces while they're available.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes detailed sizing information to help you find your best fit. If you need further assistance, our team will be happy to help before you place your order.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We do not offer returns or refunds. We offer exchanges only within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the conditions outlined in our Exchange Policy.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may no longer be able to make changes.
