Maison Moushy currently delivers within Cairo, Egypt.

As we continue to grow, we look forward to expanding our delivery destinations.

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1–7 business days after your order has been confirmed.

As each Maison Moushy piece is carefully prepared by hand before dispatch, processing times may vary depending on order volume and collection availability.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery:

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on your location within Cairo and our courier partner.

You will be contacted via WhatsApp or email with any available delivery updates.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping fees, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout before your order is confirmed.

Delivery Information:

Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate and complete when placing your order.

Maison Moushy cannot be held responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Refused or Unsuccessful Deliveries

If a Cash on Delivery order is refused without a valid reason, or if delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, Maison Moushy reserves the right to decline future Cash on Delivery orders or require payment in advance via InstaPay.

Additional delivery charges may apply if a second delivery attempt is required.

While we strive to dispatch all orders within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
