Exchanges:

We offer exchanges only within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed
In their original condition
Returned with all original tags attached
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Returns & Refunds:

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

Handmade Pieces:

As every Maison Moushy garment is handmade, slight variations in print placement, embroidery, or finishing are part of the design and are not considered defects.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@maisonmoushy.com so we can assist you.
